Choque Cultural is a place to visit when you're hungry for young, fresh, soul and/or rock'n'roll art. Is located in Pinheiros which makes the ride even more pleasant. One advice: go on foot. Take a stroll down and around R. João Moura, give yourself a soothing-stress free moment before entering Choque (yes, I will use the "to prep your soul for what is about to come" line- I am that cliché, but is worth it, croyez-moi). The façade is in constant change, done by a different artist each time, but is always an eye-catcher, so it's kinda impossible for you to miss it.

The gallery is now hosting the Coletiva Choque 2011 exhibition, that goes until May 21st. This year's Coletiva presents to you the work of six artists: Base V, Cesar Profeta, Fefê Talavera, Pacolli, Pingarilho, SHN.
